Abstract

recognition is an important issue of human
resources management. Previous studies deal primary with the nature of the recognition. They state the
multi dimensionality of this concept and put forward
its dynamic aspect. Nevertheless, it seems that there
is a gap between the increased implementation of
recognition tools in the company and the feeling of
a lesser recognition perceived by the employees.
The objective of this article is to understand the
evaluation’s process of recognition tools by the
employees. Through the mobilization of the perceived justice’s frame, we put in perspective the various types of justice and the means of recognition
mobilized within the company. The aim is an easier
understanding of the employees’ perceptions to confront them with behavior, as loyalty, and managerial practices. A study is thus led with employees to
understand the stages of this evaluation’s process.
The results highlight a plurality of distributive justice’s tools which must be completed by tools of
procedural and interactional justices
