The employment model of tomorrow there will be an unstable employment model, with mobile
workers? Theses on flexicurity abound in this direction. Initially the diagnosis is discussed. We show,
with the OECD indicators on job tenure, which is more observed a transformation of forms of mobility – precariousness replacing the quits – as a generalization of the instability. Secondly, the theses
on flexicurity are criticized from a theoretical point of view: (i) they focus on the “labor market” and
evacuate the question of macroeconomic policies; (ii) they reinforce the idea that the work (and
with him the space of production) can be understood in terms of trade. To conclude, it indicates that
the arguments in favor of flexicurity support the model of external flexibility against the internal
flexibility model
