Membership / COPE Guidelines

The Responsible Organization follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The review takes responsibility for applying rigorous peer review and strict ethical policies and standards to ensure that it adds high-quality scientific works to the field of academic publishing. Unfortunately, cases of plagiarism, data falsification, inappropriate author credit, and others may occur. The Human Resource Management Journal takes these publishing ethics issues very seriously and our editors are trained to proceed in such cases with a zero-tolerance policy. To verify the originality of content submitted to our journals, we use iThenticate to compare submissions with previous publications.
