Abstract

Among the very many problem analysts
economic and social generated by this mode of
production we will rely on, in the background of
this text on Karl Polanyi's analyzes. Polanyi, in
his major work from 1944 entitled the Great
Transformation, indicates that capitalism requires
artificial transformation of the pillars of society that
are work (man), earth (the environment
natural) and currency (unit of account, support for
credit and basic economic convention)
in goods. These three pillars of society
then become "factors of production" which
must be the subject of a contract allowing
the continuous supply of the productive sphere
