Abstract

This article tries to propose a procesual and interactionist reading of CSR professional practices. The study takes
place in the field of firms and professional groups that develop this type of “business ethic codes”, and points
the fact that CSR is linked with legitimacy for them. The article supports a theoretical perspective, by showing
that ethical charters can be understood as moral promises submitted to the social community
