Abstract

the interest of this paper is to better understand how
the retention of professional talent is addressed in an
organizational system. First, we present, how the
concept of retention and professional talent are considered in academic and scientific literature. then,
we present the methodology and results of an empirical study based on a large French service firm. We
show that the retention of professional talent is at
the heart of current concerns in Human resources
and managers concerned with their company career.
