Abstract

The traditional categories of knowledge management, processing information and knowledge as data sets or as market goods which technical management enables profit through their use, do not always reflect the social and political dimensions of this use. Digital technics and networks in the context of a renewed thinking of the ecosystems, invite us to search for a new vision of knowledge management within the organization and between organizations through the development of a participatory information culture. It implies acculturation and literacy development of new informational use within professional or activist context, and not only the improvement of computer systems.
