Abstract

Open data and the emergence of
common data: the necessary mediations
The provision and accessibility of open data
is part of a sharing project in a logic of common
knowledge that promotes the solidarity economy
model. Yet open data remain outside the information
ecosystem of most businesses, training organizations
and citizens. A key issue of open data remains the
creation of transition conditions towards a solidarity
economy, which is based on the establishment of
mediations and the dissemination of data literacy.
