Abstract

Many controversies have flourished with
the multiplication of rankings
academic journals and fashions
evaluation of scientific production. Beyond the debates and conjectures on how the academic environment is evolving, actions
must be carried out to improve
the functioning of scientific journals in this landscape of which they
are now one of the central motives.
