Barhein : The constitution in the heart of conflicts
Abstract
After the troubles of the “Arab spring”, in 2011, Bahrain has to face tensions between his Sunni monarchy and his Shia opposition. His Constitution can allow a real dialogue, even if it remains unbalanced in favour of the monarchy. But the geopolitical intrigues of powerful neighbours and the internal identies tensions could rase a rich national history.
