Abstract

The term “specific” applied to the blood product liability regime is ambiguous. Indeed, if there is specificity of this regime in relation to the common law of liability, the specific regime concerned is that of defective products. Blood products are included in this category even if, with regard to the conditions of implementation of the responsibility, certain peculiarities are taken into account
