Abstract

Based on a participatory participation-type survey methodology in the field of public health field interventions, the article proposes to show how the support of first-line health professionals makes it possible to understand the transformations under way in the field of public health. The structuring of the supply of primary care within the movement of Multidisciplinary group practice.
The structuring movement of the supply of primary care services, over the past ten years, has promoted new forms of multi-professional coordinated exercise and is gradually transforming patient care management in the city.
The analysis of the transformations of the supply of primary care, carried out as part of an experience of accompanying these transformations over the last ten years, shows the concrete modalities and the stakes of an organized action born in an environment with strong professional logic.
