The important role of work organisation on worker’s health as well as the noxious character of the current evolutions of the corresponding management forms are shown in this study. The demonstration is made in terms of an analysis of the results of the studies presented during the last 30 years by the specialists in psychodynamics of work in relation to the advent of new work pathologies. This demonstration reveals the limits of the current prevention methods of the so called psychosocial risks due to the fact that such methods focus their attention on the weakness of the subjects and use often quantitative procedures based on questionnaires and on direct observation techniques that are incapable of understanding and analysing the elements partially responsible of these new pathologies in relation to worker’s health.
