Work in health organizations: between risk and innovation

Abstract

For a long time, the work had been done very discreet in organizational research, in the health sector as in the rest of the economy. It comes back gradually on the front of the stage by the voice of a more and more staff to testify publicly having difficulty working and the urgency to change the conditions of his execution. Health is the sector where work has intensified the most in recent years 1, combined result of an expenditure envelope which increases slightly and with burden of patients which is becoming more complex.
