Abstract

In an empirical approach which aims to produce a
new scientific knowledge in the field of Information
and Communication Sciences, and by refering to
a qualitative and quantitative survey of 60 french
Chief Happiness Officers (CHO) conducted online
via the professional digital social network LinkedIn,
the purpose of our contribution is to analyze the
communication strategies and interactionist concepts
implemented by the CHOs to measure and improve
their collaborators’ wellbeing at work, and to study
in which circumstances the use of ICTs ultimately
contributes to their own «happiness at work».
