Apprehension, pride and conviction

Abstract

The first feeling is apprehension and could be summed up in the question
next: will I live up to the
my task? Looking at my
predecessors, whom I thank for their
great work on behalf of the French-speaking research community in information systems, there is something to be said for
certain doubt: Frantz Rowe, with Robert
Reix as Chairman of the Editorial Board
the first years of his mandate, Yves
Pigneur and Régis Meissonier. Don't count
so not on me to revolutionize the
editorial policy of the journal, I would be a
continuity editor looking to lay additional bricks
on the foundations they built for
improve operation and dissemination
of the journal. SIM is the journal of the Association
Information and Management (AIM) which has
the objective of "promoting the field
disciplinary information systems
within the francophone community
and internationally "
