Abstract

As we write these lines,
France is entering its seventh week of
containment, a major tactic in its
pandemic strategy
of Covid-19. While teleworking does not
so far concerned 30% of the employees of the
private sector (Malakoff Humanis, 2020), it
has become the norm in recent weeks
for the vast majority of French people
confined. By 2024, face-to-face meetings will only represent 25% of
company meetings, compared to 60% before
Covid-19 crisis (Gartner, 2020). This
trend could change the effect
yarrow typically seen in the breast
companies where communication tools are not a substitute for meetings
face to face (Boukef Charki and Kalika,
2006).
