Investigating a field of research that is still unknown in the academic literature on diversity management, this study proposes to bring to light the lessons learned from the construction of a diversity policy within a higher education organization. Taking the case of a business school that has initiated a dynamic of change in favor of diversity management, this work proposes to examine the construction of this process based on a five-year research-intervention. The dynamics of change are studied through the introduction of a management instrument that is under-explored in management literature: the diversity label. The results show that the diversity label contributes to the implementation of a structural change in favor of efficient diversity management.
