Editorial Policy

RIPCO aims to publish authoritative empirical research and theory-building conceptual contributions to publish original articles in the field of organizational behavior. Its authors - like its readership - are primarily research professors, although its themes may also be of interest to professionals seeking material for theoretical reflection.

Material submitted to RIPCO must be original and not published or submitted for publication elsewhere. This rule applies to material submitted elsewhere while the contribution to RIPCO is under consideration. Responsibility for the content and its authenticity rests solely with the authors and they will be solely responsible for the originality of the published work.

Manuscripts submitted for publication in RIPCO are peer-reviewed by at least two subject reviewers. A decision by the editorial board member on the choice of reviewers is final.

RIPCO is published quarterly. In exceptional cases, however, the journal may publish articles of urgent and critical importance to researchers. Such "Current Interest" articles and relevant editorials may be published more frequently as "Supplements", based on the felt need of the Editorial Board or upon requests/suggestions from readers of the journal.

RIPCO will not take any responsibility for the content of the articles published and all such responsibility will rest with the author/s. The opinions expressed in the articles are solely those of the author/s and The RIPCO may not agree with such opinions in part or in whole.
