Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify similarities and differences in perceptions of the dimensions of perceived organizational attractiveness by gender and educational background. Our study is based on the analysis of 315 responses to a questionnaire administered in a network of engineering and business schools on students' expectations of their future job and employer. Our results tend to confirm the influence of gender and the type of training course on the expression of expectations. We discuss the implications for future graduates, for educational institutions, and for companies.
