Abstract

Several authors show that the systemic and strategic approach to organisational interventions is effective. However, these demonstrations are based on case studies or small samples that do not allow for the generalisation of results. Therefore, we quantitatively measure the efficiency of strategic systemic interventions. The population for the quantitative study is based on data from the Syprene research network. Efficiency is measured on the basis of three indicators: the GHQ-12, the problem-solving scale, and the number of conducted intervention sessions. We complement these data with the observation of a systemic practitioner who was asked to resolve a double conflict of hierarchy and authority in order to describe the processes of change and intervention that led to the results obtained.
