Abstract

Skilled migrants are now seen as agents of development in their countries of origin and agents of change in host societies. They play an important role in strengthening cooperation between the home and host societies and make positive contributions.

The Moroccans of the world, with respect to the definition of their Morocco, the defence of its territorial integrity and the contribution to investment in their country play an effective role in supporting and strengthening the Moroccan development project, under the leadership of Mohammed VI who evokes the role of the Moroccan community in its relationship with the mother country.

The Moroccan diaspora abroad actively participates everywhere in innovation, research and production in all sectors of the economy, social and cultural life. This diaspora is today, along with others, a formidable lever for development and growth in the host countries. It is also a real potential for know-how, solidarity, human resources and investment for Morocco, which actively contributes to its economic and social development.
