The true economy of a country cannot be limited to figures and its social environment provides measurement. In this respect, we have favoured the decisive place of human kind as regards social protection, the education system and the exercise of citizenship by women as well as the development of territories. Morocco was recognised as the most attractive African country in 2022, which reflects the economic performance and political stability of the country. The impact of education particularly that of women empowerment, is key to achieve this level of change. It contributes to gender equality and complementarity for a better development of social cohesion. This human dynamic has fostered the positive effects of regionalisation for all citizens and even more for those living in the Moroccan Sahara region. Indeed, local growth meets human needs based on many projects, often with high value added. Moroccans living abroad were not mistaken in following these prospects and they represent a valuable resource for the country.
