As a public company, it is the leading firm in the country, as an investor and employer, with the highest turnover, generating record value added. It is also the one whose contribution to the economy is key, thanks to the improvement of its trade balance, its foreign exchange reserves with a significant contribution to the treasury accounts. Thanks to its activity, the exploitation of phosphates and its derivatives, it is today the world market leader, with long-standing relations with India and Pakistan, developing privileged relations since 2014 with sub-Saharan Africa, with a very significant presence in 16 countries in 2023, 12 of its countries hosting 12 subsidiaries of the group.
