Abstract

The rapid and recent evolution in human genome sequencing technologies has an increased impact on medical practice and research. Hence the french national programm “France médecine génomique 2025” that aims to promote personalized medicine and genetic research by strengthening the bonds between them. Relying on Big Data and IA, this programm raises important hopes as much as concerns in regard to patient and doctor autonomy.
