Abstract

Telemedical practices invariably rely on the exchange or sharing of health data of apersonal nature. These data originally stored on paper media tend to digitize andtake the form of an electronic medical record (eMr). eMr are created by the healthcare professional cross various stages of maturity. in addition, information systemsare not uniform. Thus there are differences in the content of eMr. internationalstandards ensure the use of common terms so that professionals can use them toexploit the content safely from medical errors and potential litigation
