In truth, the embryo (or the fetus) is not a subject of criminal law. Of course, nature denies him the possibility of being considered as an author, and positive law generally denies him the possibility of being retained as a victim. Under these conditions, dealing with the place of the embryo in criminal law appears to be a challenge.
