Abstract

With biolaw, new branches have sprouted from the tree of human rights aimed at
encouraging its extension.
Will they smother it or can we hope for a certain harmonisation, if not a newfound unity?
But above all, doesn’t biolaw, in a post-modern context, bring to human rights
elements that are likely substantially to alter its philosophy?
