Abstract

: From a systemic and interactional perspective (Bateson 1984, Watzlawick 1981), this issue about “personal change/organizational change” oscillation lead to question the levels of logics in regard to the reflexions about change, including change in business places and further types of change. “To change” refers to different processing that depends on the related systemic stability. Likewise, the perspective of the bystander/actor of the changement is a determinant factor in qualifying the ongoing change process. Based on this theoretical distinctions, I will propose a reflexion about change support while revisiting MRI’s historical propositions and their actual applications in the business world. The paper format unfortunately won’t allow to submit exemples of interventions cases to illustrate the theoretical remarks and methodological propositions that I develop.
