Abstract

A growing number of companies implementing a knowledge management approach, without necessarily achieve lasting satisfactory results. How to encourage the involvement of players in the organization around issues of KM, to cooperate and make the company more efficient? Our reflection crosses the Information Science field and Communication, the Management and the Anthropology, to provide a fresh look at the issues of intangible investment. Helping to redefine a corporate culture, KM would generate value.
