ORGANIZATIONS IN MOVEMENTS: PRESUPPOSED AND THEORIZATIONS. WHEN ORGANIZATIONS AND THE INSTITUTIONS CLAIM TO ECO-RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract

The author questions a set of presuppositions and of notions in different theoretical
frames who allow to understand and to analyze the
questions of the change. The change is approached
from the point of view of the psychosocial processes,
of the symbolization, but also by acts. The domain
of the organizational and societal practices chosen is
the one of the environment and the ecological transition. The interdisciplinary is present in the proposed
exercise of reflexivity.
