Abstract

From a systemic point of view, the change can contribute to the maintenance of the equilibrium of a set (homeostasis) as to the modification of some of the conditions of this equilibrium. However, this is not done “in itself” or in a closed mode, but in a universe of the living where the interconnected sets influence each other. Co-evolution leads the “systems” to influence each other and adapt to the changes that follow. From then on, the perceived quality of a desired or sustained change depends essentially on the context in which it is lived. Systemic and strategic support for change will therefore first seek to determine the context in which it is desired, as well as the different perceptions of this context, and to officially recognize them. In a participatory dynamic where all stakeholders are invited to get involved in minimizing the negative impacts, the stakeholder will have to strategically apply to counter the blockages inherent in the trend towards the internal status quo (“blocking blockages”).
