Abstract
Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) are increasinglyused for structural reinforcement of structures/buildings bybonding. The aim of this work is to develop a method toquantify the bonding quality on a concrete block reinforcedby CFRP, of which bonding defects were located inadvance by infrared thermography. The quantitative studywas conducted using an experimental estimation of thethermal impedance and identification of thermophysicalparameters of the system, through a process of adjusting atheoretical model.
