Abstract

SIM is pleased to present to its readers the latest issue of 2010. This issue includes four articles that once again show the quality, variety and richness of our community's research. The themes addressed are relevant, sometimes topical, but always treated with rigor; the research presented is also a source of inspiration for new thinking, opens up new perspectives and contributes to a better understanding of phenomena related to information systems.
