The obsession with quality articles
Abstract
During the recent AIM conference in Marrakech, the CIGREF prize was awarded to Cécile Godé-Sanchez (2008) for her article entitled ICTs as levers of organizational change: an analysis of the case of the American armies in Afghanistan ”. Our congratulations to the author and our thanks to CIGREF for its long-standing and unwavering support to SIM.
