Resumen

Water law issues arise due to a complex interaction of legal, social, economic and environmental factors such as: exponential increase of Human needs,decrease of available water, water pollution and more. We also can point out thefact that water has unique features, that make it difficult to regulate using lawsdesigned mainly for land. The problem of the water has a strategic nature in the global scale and crystallizes multiple and major, environmental, economic, socialand territorial stakes.
