Abstract

This article is the result of an analysis carried out by two Master 2 students in medical liability law during an internship at the Center for Medical Ethics. Based on a patient’s account of a pre-opérative teleconsultation implemented during the first period of confinement, they carried out an analysis of the legal and ethical lessons that could be drawn from such a situation.
