The issue of equality in diversity and the recognition of the rights of homosexuals has been in recent years an intense and interesting point of debates, interrogations and mutations of the legal world. The case of Argentina is a typical example.On July 15, 2010, Argentinabecame the first country in Latin America to change its national legislation by the adoption of Law 26 618 to allow themarriage between people of the same sex.
