Big Data significantly disrupts the medical microcosm, going so far as to question the paradigms of Hippocratic Medicine as we know it before. Therefore, a reflection on the study of the risks associated with the ethical issues surrounding personal health data is imperative to us. Our study is based on numerous field surveys, targeted interviews with the various actors, as well as a bibliographic research on the subject. This work resulted in the realization of an innovative method on the alignment of the concepts of an ontology of risks with those of an ontology of the requirements of ethical objectives of Big Data in health. The objective is to give meaning and recommendations to the realization, implementation and use of personal health data in order to better control it
