Abstract

African countries know an imperative need for research to fight against the diseases which handicap their process of socio-economic development [1]. This research has both benefits and more or less predictable risks for the people involved [2]. Particular attention must therefore be paid to respect for their integrity, especially as the populations concerned are economically vulnerable.
