In this article, we propose to analyze the situation of visually impaired people in Madagascar, based on four clinical accounts. We insist on the ethical dimension of this situation while integrating it into a more global context. We are indeed driven by the conviction that ethical reflection is very dependent on the global analysis of the phenomena and contexts to which it applies.
