Abstract

Experience is an essential differentiating factor for natural tourist sites. The analysis of secondary data from four UNESCO natural sites shows a high degree of sophistication in the experience, which denies the users part of their experiential freedom. The analysis of 305 publics opinions posted by users of a natural site highlights the search for an ordinary experience. It is important not to think systematically in terms of the artificialization of the experience.
