Abstract

The IE characterizes the influence like “the process which, on the initiative of an organization, aims at favorably modifying the interactions of this one with its environment”. On their side, the “short” therapeutists of Palo Alto developed a form therapy (applied today to the organizations in the form of “Short Systemic Intervention”) which, precisely, uses a comparable definition of the influence. Definition of which they draw, as for them, all effects by proposing a “logic of communication” purely “interactionnelle”, founded on a quasi-axiomatic making possible if not a true “calculation” of the communication, a foreseeability of the exchanges and their results. This contribution will clarify the particularly innovative way in which these therapeutists consider the phenomena of information and communication, and the incidence of this design as regards persuasion, influence, manipulation. Obviously applicable design in IE .
