Abstract

The implementation of strategic intelligence in a large company is a part of managing change, because it annoyed internal logic settled up upon division between the skills. The existence of internal “professional communities” mingling without merging is an example. The difficulty in managing change is to use these communities as a network for the implementation of strategic intelligence. This contribution suggests a 10 key steps methodology in this mean. It focuses on the central place of monitoring internal information flows, in order to identify and value the professional communities which built the sociological background of the firm .
