The article presents a survey conducted among 13 Human Resources Executives from industrial groups and international services on the methods they use to collect information. This survey shows that they try to multiply their sources of information. However, these Human Resources Executives declare that they do not have efficient technologies to compare and integrate very numerous and heterogeneous informations. They make this appropriation, as the initial phase to any decision, in their own brain without any methodology. It its conclusion, the article presents a model of appropriation.
