Apart from the intellectual property (patents…), which are the relationship between the right and the innovation of the products? In this practical study, reciprocal influences between the market and the evolution of the legal rules are underlined. On one side, the business cannot, under pretext of innovation, free itself from the provisions of the consumers and competition law by creating a confusion on the products or by not observing the specific procedures (for example authorization for new food or ingredient). On another side, the evolution of the law, can either be encouraged by new ones tools of distribution (selective distribution and Etrade), or encourage new methods of sale or promotion (comparative advertisement).
