Abstract

In this article, we pay attention to how IT activity, and more specifically data work, is organized in a media company. Our study is based on an ethnographic survey, carried out in immersion within the Belgian group Rossel. Our results highlight the relational dynamics and the power issues caused by the development of new data professions in a media group.
