Abstract

This research places its interests in information governance within public organisations: French metropoles. We therefore approach information management stakeholders in the metropoles throughout their institutional foundations, their place in the organisation and how they engage with managing and governing a double-sided information: internal or external. Our conclusions are based on content analysis and a three year observation within a metropole during which we were working inside and could carry out interviews.
