Abstract

Cross-sectionality brings up particular challenges when operating in ecosystems, notably in terms of security of information risks. The aim of this research was to study the processes of governing informational tensions linked to perceived risks. To this end, the study focuses on an ecosystem of more than 200 companies in the northern French fashion and textile sector coming to grips with emerging challenges. Our axiomatico-inductive approach highlights the existence of a co-elaborated informational governance process among interpreneurs all having different objectives. The results of the study showed four interacting levels of the formalization of de facto informational governance
