HRIS CAN IT BE A TOOL COMMUNICATION PROXIMITY?

The HR function is partly decentralized to the
local managers in order to have a better knowledge
of the professional activity. To ease the tasks of local
managers, to improve the involvement of managers
in their teams, to facilitate human resources, the
human resources information system seems to be a
real device the company’s facilitations.
But what about interpersonal relationships
between collaborators ? What about the “human
relation” in link to the management of “human”
resources? What about the manager and his role ?
Would not the HRSI be a false good idea?
